LEARN CHESS

Chess is a  mind game. You play football in which your complete body workout. You play table tennis your hands are much involved and you play other games in which you get exercised. In chess, your hands , foot don't work you just play with mind. Peoples play games for physical fitness. Chess is for mind fitness in which your mind get exercised. Mind exercise is very important.
Chess was invented 3000 years ago. Chess was invented by a mathematician. Chess is played on 162 countries. Chess is the national game of Russia.

HOW TO PLAY:

Chess is played on a chess board. Board has 64 boxes which includes; 8 rows and 8 columns. One box is dark and one is white.Rows are[a to h] and columns are [1 to 8]. Each player has 16 pieces which include:

Pawns[8]

Rooks[2]



Knights[2]

Bishops[2]

Queen [1]

King[1]

Pieces are placed in such a order:

PAWNS


Pawn only goes upward. Pawn don't get backward. In first move 2 boxes and then 1 box up. Pawn can kill the piece in the left side or right side. Pawn cannot kill the straight piece

ROOKS

It ca goes parallel and horizontal direction. It can goes upward and backward.

BISHOPS

It goes only in axis of the board e.g (x-axis) It also goes backward

KNIGHTS

Knight is the only piece in chess which can jump. If knight is in center it can occupy 8 boxes. If knight is in the corner it can occupy less boxes. If knight is in dark box it can go in white box and if knight is in white box it can go in dark box.



QUEEN

Queen has higher power in chess. It can go parallels ,horizontal , axis, upward and backward.

KING

King don't move much. It can occupy only 9 boxes e.g if it is in center it can go upward, backward, left side and right side.

MORE RULES

If no piece between king and rook  shuffle happen.
If pawn goes in opposition rank 1 it will be promoted to either queen, knight, rook or bishop. Decisions yours

In chess, you have to beat the opposition king. If you do that you will be a winner and the game is end.
