Yoga stretches for beginners

There are many benefits of yoga which include: weight loss, relaxation, free of tension and many more. You should
do yoga as your habit. In thus article, I am coming up with a 15 minutes yoga which stretches your whole body and you feel very relax.

First step:

First of all lying down on the floor, close your eyes, take long breathes and feel the surface which supports your body do this for at least 1 minute. Now, bend your left knee and pull your knee towards chest, breath deeply when you enhale feel the energy and when exhale release your tension.

Leg stretching:


Hold your knee towards your centre, do this same exercise for right knee. Very good exercise for abdominal and digestion. When you release your knee feel the length of your legs. Bend your right knee and now pull your right knee towards left. Put your left hand on your right knee and looks towards the right. You feel cracking sound in your feet that's good for you. Remember, breath very deeply. Do this same exercise for you left knee.

Neck exercise:

Stand up for neck exercise and smile. Your arms are very relaxed. Now, pull your shoulders and towards your ears and feel the contraction of your shoulders and gently low your shoulders and feel how they relax do it one more time.

Shoulders stretching:

Now, pull your shoulders blades backward and feel the contraction of your shoulders. Slowly release your shoulders and feel how they are relaxed. Do it for one more time. Now, you feel your fingers and palms the energy you feel their.

Forward bend:

Sit down on the floor for forward bend, stretch your right leg, and keep your left leg bend and grasp hold of your foot. If you can't reach go as far as you can. Your waist and head should be straight and forward. Do this for 45 seconds and also do same for left leg.

Waist stretching:


Lying down on the floor and stretch your legs and arms breath deeply and feel the floor underneath you. Now, sit up straight with your legs straight. Now, keep your right leg, arms behind you left hand to the right side of your knee and twist towards right and do this exercise for other side.

Final step:

Lying down on the floor and stretch your arms and legs pull your left leg and drop. Pull your right leg and drop. Twist head on left and right side and breath deeply.

Feel that your legs are relaxed, feel your abdominal, chest are completely relaxed. Your shoulders and arms are relaxed your face is relaxed and your mind is 100 % relaxed. Enjoy this feelings for some moment. Stand up, and face your day with happiness.
