I know, you like French fries like restaurant. You can make at home like that, so let's look at the recipe very simple. Ingredients: Potato:                        2 only Gram flour:               2½ Table Spoon Salt:                            For taste Coriander powder: 1 Tea Spoon Cumin:                      1 Tea Spoon Method: First of all, peel the potatoes(Naris Piper) best for fries, remove the skin and wash it. Cut the potato first into slices and then in Julienne cut. Cut into small and thin size. Make sure cut on cutting board its best a and reliable. Put all potatoes in a bowl and wash three times in a water, no water is remaining, remember it.  Now, add all the ingredients except gram flour, which you add later. After adding of salt, coriander powder, cumin. Mix all these from a table spoon for 2 minutes Its time for gram flour add 2 table spoon, remember don't add any amount of water. If it so thick then you add 2 table spoon
